had three rounds. first round was with shanghai hr, very generic question, no need to prepare, plus it was in chinese. 2nd round was with an indian team guy. he focused on technical aspect and drilled quite deep into stuffs on options. glad i had ample experience with options and i guess i impressed him on some of the questions, so passed it. the final round was with the person in charge of the hk structuring team i would work with. for the whole interview, he tried to understand what i've done, how much i knew my stuffs, and whether i like and fit the role. no technical questions were asked at all. very nice, decent guy.
