Application Engineer工作内容

Key Responsibilities
   Support sales team on product/application trouble shooting
   Deliver internal training to cable sales team on product application and various solutions with different suppliers’ products that the company have.
   Deliver external training to customers on product application in seminar & new product road show.
   Visit customers to demonstrate new solutions and to illustrate how our product/solution can fit the design.
   Provide application design and/or advice to customer
   Lead the process of order fulfillment till product spec, CAD drawing, lead time and quotation are confirmed.
   Responsible for reviewing the requests from sales, translating customer needs to product specifications and CAD drawings, communicating to suppliers on the product specification and CAD drawings, find out competitive solutions.
   Support new product/supplier development, new product introduction – sales tool kit development; product application training, product benchmarking, and other commercial activities.

Job Requirements
   Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science
   Typically requires 3-5 years experience in lay-out design and field technical support
   Customer oriented, result driven and self motivated
   Good PC skill, familiar with MS office software and AutoCAD, photoshop
   Self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill
