Informatica MDM Expert/Developer

Responsibilities: •Manage a team of Applications Development professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations, training and development, hiring and disciplinary actions) as well as act as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts •Oversee process for technical issue escalation and prioritize technical issue resolution •Leverage skills across Applications Development area to provide technical oversight across systems and applications •Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance •Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle •Write well designed, testable, efficient code •Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications •Prepare and produce releases of software components •Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree/University degree in computer science, engineering or similar domain. •10 to 14 years of total work experience in which at least 5+ years of work experience in Informatica MDM •5+ years of experience in building solutions. •Experience must include defining standardization rules, match and merge rules, configuring thresholds, configuring events and integration of data to from MDM •Excellent experience and Expertise in Informatica IDQ (Data Quality and Data Profiling) •Experience in messaging and web service integrations like TIBCO EMS, API, Microservices, etc. •Good experience in the ETL space and working with Data Warehouses •Prefer experience with Informatica MDM V10 is desirable •Java experience and hands-on experience in creating user exits for MDM •Experience with Oracle, Teradata RDBMS •Experience in tuning all aspects of MDM processing •Experience in communicating with technical stakeholders •Experience in actual systems development work, with prior coding, functional specifications and technical specifications and systems development. •Good understanding and experience in software development cycle •Highly effective communicating with technical stakeholders, proficient communicating with non-technical stakeholders. •Good problem solving, analytical, synthesis, system thinking and solutioning skills. •Must be bi-lingual in Chinese and English language •Must be experienced in working with teams located in multiple geographies.
