- The success candidate will dedicate into the design management of oil Transformers complying with different international and different countries’ standards. - Based on Hitachi Energy transformer design theory and design engineering platform, being responsible for development of various application distribution transformer pre-order and tender designs in coordination with the Market and Sales Strategy to meet the market needs. - In comply with local factory’s process and equipment features, being responsible for development of transformer designs in coordination with different factories based on the purchase order requirement, ordering specification in different areas of transformer design and manufacturing. - You will be responsible for Engineering designs’ planning, tracking, deploying and design review, and design standardization and optimization, follow up the standards/norms updates and make it happen in the new designs/products. - You will organize and participate in the internal and external design concept reviews, DFMEA and design development procedure applied on special application products. - Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. - A Bachelor’s degree in motors & electrical specialty. - Experience on transformer design team over three years, deep skill on transformer design theory and the primary/secondary protection system. - Good communication skills in English in both oral and written, able to talk with and work with the technical teams in different international branches and demonstrated team building and networking skills. - Grade 4 and above, medium level of English listening, speaking and writing skill. - Familiar with Windows OFFICE application, AutoCAD and ProE.
