Adv. Sp. Chassis E/E Integration & Validation Corporate Division: R&D Division, located in Shenyang/China Employment - full time Tasks • System integration, test and validation of Chassis E/E functions on different test platforms (e.g. FIT-vehicle, HIL). • Support homologation team for chassis E/E homologation topics. • Ensure production in plant by analysisng and solving Chassis E/E issues. Key Responsibilities • Support homologation team, verification of the test method and implement test equipment and facilities to ensure the realization of the requirement from GB standard in relevant to Chassis E/E topics • Chassis E/E launch support in ItO and SB/WE, support for problem solving, root cause analysis and develope of solution together with other RnD departments, plant and BMW AG • Chassis E/E Integration and validation by means of Hardware in the loop (HiL) test and intensive test vehicles (FIT) along the BMW integration planning (I-Steps) • Execution of test cases, analyzation of results, report of errors , initialization of counter measures at CoC's and validation of fixed issues. Record and analyses of signal traces including the usage of adequate measurement equipment • Maintenance and development of test cases, based on the Chassis E/E modular test specification, including implementation and automation at different platforms (HIL, vehicle) • Verification of system and function network and testing of specific chassis functions. Keep in close contact with function developer for troubleshooting • Problem management: analyze and steer the tickets, track the tickets status and close contact with problem manager Qualifications • Degreed Engineer in Automotive Engineering, Electrics/Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation technology, Informatics or similar technical education • Steering and organization ability • Cost and quality awareness • English language knowledge • German language knowledge • Project management skills • Ability to assert oneself • Structured mode of operation • One's own initiative and self-motivation • Communication ability • Driving skills • Expert and process knowledge in automotive Electrics/Electronics • Very good knowledge of Chassis E/E 4-6 Years • Experienced in test and validation of electrical systems, subsystems and components, integration of complex systems, experienced with test and measurement equipment 4-6 Years • Experienced in test- and problem management 4-6 Years • Very good knowledge of dSPACE-products, Matlab/Simulink, Vector-Products, ECU-Test, VBA, Phyton 4-6 Years • Very good knowledge of CAN bus and flexray technology 4-6 Years • Experienced in plant process 7-10 Years • Experienced driver 7-10 Years
