Knows the principles of process maturity and process performance measurement. 了解标准流程管理方法和工具。了解流程成熟度和流程绩效测量的原则。 • Communicate fluently with operational level costumers, and has the awareness to connect with client C-level. 与运营级别客户流利沟通,并具有与客户高层建立联系的意识。 • Knows about digitalization technology, and familiar with digitalization storytelling and communicating the value of digital solutions. 了解数字化技术,并熟悉数字化叙事和传达数字解决方案的价值。 • Have the understanding of data visualization and data interpretation. 具有数据可视化和数据解释的理解。 Who are we looking for? • BS or MS degree, degree in Computer Science or Engineer preferred 理学学士或硕士学位,计算机科学或工程师优先 • Fluent in both Chinese and English, excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills 中英文流利,良好的人际交往、沟通和影响能力 • More than 5 years sales experiences in complex deal negotiations with proven sales record, digital value selling experience is highly preferred 5年以上复杂交易谈判销售经验,有良好的销售记录,有数字价值销售经验者优先
