SCM Senior BA/PM

Overview We are trying to reform the entire SCM by seamlessly connecting sales, production, and distribution to enhance our ability to produce and sell the necessary products at the necessary timing. Together with the business team, we will build the ideal platform of E2E SCM. Description ・ In charge of business improvements and give solutions to key business issues of production & logistic area. ・ Working together with business team and 3rd party partners like global forwarders and factories to make business solutions. ・ Lead system vendors to fulfill the business requirements with high quality IT systems. ・ Periodically knowledge sharing with global IT team members and cultivate junior members. Requirements Basic Requirements Language MUST：Fluency in spoken Japanese（JLPT N1） HOPE：Fluency in spoken English（CET6 / TOEIC 700 or above） Experience Must: ・ Leadership/Toughness/Straightness ・ High business analysis ~ Conceptual and logical thinking ability ・ Communication skills that can convince others and promote the solution ・ Experience in collaboration with global team ・ Experience of Supply Chain related business. Hope: ・ IT project management or maintenance experience of at least one of SCM/ERP/PLM system. ・ Knowledge of retail industry or manufacturing industry ・ professional certification of project management, such as PMP, Prince2, etc. ・ professional certification of ITIL/CCA, MCSE/MCIP, etc. ・ Knowledge of Trading or familiar with SPA business flow.
