用户体验高级工程师

工作职责 1.市场及竞争车型智能座舱及智能驾驶领域趋势分析与研究,持续更新包含趋势分析、解决方案等用户体验数据库,撰写报告定期汇报; Trend analysis and research in the field of intelligent cockpit and intelligent driving for market and competitive models, continuously updating user experience databases including trend analysis, solutions, etc., and writing reports for regular reporting; 2.参与用户研究,理解用户诉求,与用研部门共同洞察、抓取、转化用户需求; Participate in user research, understand user demands, and work with the user research department to gain insight, capture, and transform user needs; 3.承接品牌与市场传达的产品使命,与功能定义团队协同,共同制定产品体验目标及方案,参与前端开发PRD评审,结合智能技术发展趋势提出准确的方向和技术方案指导建议; Undertake the product mission conveyed by the brand and market, collaborate with the function definition team to jointly develop product experience goals and solutions, participate in front-end development PRD reviews, and propose accurate directions and technical guidance suggestions based on the development trend of intelligent technology; 4.组织用户体验协同团队对竞争车型开展智能座舱及智能驾驶评测、数据整理分析、编写评测报告并能有效传递给各部门; Organize a collaborative user experience team to conduct intelligent cockpit and intelligent driving evaluations, organize and analyze data, write evaluation reports, and effectively transmit them to various departments on competing vehicle models; 5.参与各阶段功能需求、方案及DEMO评测; Participate in functional requirements, solutions, and DEMO evaluation at each stage; 6.管控各阶段汇总问题,提出改进建议方案,形成“跟踪、推进、达成、关闭”闭环; Control and summarize issues at each stage, propose improvement suggestions, and form a closed loop of "tracking, advancing, achieving, and closing"; 7.与主观评价团队、功能测试团队协同,对商品车辆从用户角度对样车开展智能座舱及智能驾驶体验评价工作; Collaborate with the subjective evaluation team and functional testing team to conduct intelligent cockpit and intelligent driving experience evaluation on the prototype vehicle from the user's perspective; ▍任职资格 1.硕士或以上学历，汽车、设计等相关专业者优先；有海外留学经历者优先； Master's degree or above, major in automotive professional design, etc. is preferred; Priority given to those with overseas study experience; 2.3年以上相关领域的工作经验,特别是整车智能化体验评测、人机交互设计或自动(辅助)驾驶软件测试经验者分享; More than 3 years of work experience in related fields, especially in vehicle intelligent experience evaluation, human-machine interaction design, or automatic (assisted) driving software testing;
