Technical Product Manager (Mobile App)

Job Description: 1.Build fundamental platform capabilities to improve efficiency in each product line 2.Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Development, QA, Product Management) to drive implementations of App technical products and ensure projects are delivered timely with a high quality 3.Ensure effective communications with stakeholders on project delivery 4.Conduct regular monitoring and analysis on the key App metrics 5.Define new metrics and establish the whole process from data acquisition to data analysis/visualization, generate valuable business and technical insights in App 6.Regularly review and analyze users’ feedback, understand issues faced and define appropriate solutions for continuous App optimisation 7.Responsible for Shopee App’s overall efficiency, online performance and user experience 8.Implement process improvements and assist in the integration of complex business and technical considerations to meet long-term strategic planning objectives Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree and above in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field with more than 8 years working experience in technical field 2.Strong analytical skills, able to understand complex issues and identify the root cause, capable of critical thinking and making data-driven decisions 3.Able to articulate and clearly communicate complex business or technical information in a simple, logical and impactful manner 4.Experience in creating detailed product requirement document, functional specifications and other documentations 5.Strong ownership and team spirit 6.Comfortable in a dynamic environment, respond to evolving priorities quickly and systematically 7.Well-versed in spoken and written English and Mandarin to collaborate with stakeholders from across the region 8.Passionate about technology, understand its impact on business and society
