Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with both customers and engineers and serve as a bridge of them 2. Participate in daily MIL meetings, report issues at NPI to customers and communicate requests from customers to engineers 3. Keep monitoring and push issue status to meet the customers’ requirements in time 4. Summarize and make reports on issues at NPI Requirements: 1.Bachelor’s degree or above 2. CET-6 or above, fluent in oral English 3. Good communication and teamwork skills 4. Excellent PPT and Excel skills and great data-processing capability
