Job Purpose New Product Development Engineer are expected to lead, manage and co-work with the project team to develop Power MOSFET discrete/module products that are intended for commercial/industrial and automotive applications. 新产品开发工程师需要带领项目团队，分工合作，开发出面向商业，工业，汽车等应用领域的功率MOSFET和功率模块。 Duties and Responsibilities Lead Power MOSFET new product development and new package development projects 带领项目团队进行新产品和新封装的开发。 Work closely with marketing, application, design, device, process, test and reliability engineers in varied locations in a team environment 在一个团队协作的环境中与世界各地的项目成员紧密合作，包括市场，应用，设计，器件，工艺，测试，可靠性部门等。 Create and maintain project documents such as product data sheets, test spec, characterization report, NPD gate milestone review, Project delay & RCCA report ect. 创建并维护项目文件，例如： 产品规格书，测试规格书，产品特性测试报告, 新产品阶段评估报告，项目延期及原因分析报告等。 Set up Agile system for Project management and New Product lifecycle management 使用Agile系统进行项目管理，及新产品的生命周期管理 Regularly go to PRB meeting present project status, issues and plan for the next step. 定期去项目评审会上介绍项目的状态，遇到的问题及后续的解决方案。 Support customer inquiry or post release product related inquiry 协助回答客户疑问，以及协助产品投放市场后的后续活动。 Qualifications Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical, Physics, over two years semiconductor manufacturing, testing experience. Preferred with power semiconductor area. 电子，电气，物理相关专业本科, 1-3年的半导体制造、测试领域工作经验，功率半导体领域优先。 Project Management experience/PMP certification is an advantage 有项目管理经验者优先。 Understand power semiconductors such as MOSFET, Diode, IGBT. 了解功率半导体器件MOSFET，Diode，IGBT Above average verbal and written communications skills in English 较好的英文沟通，书面能力。 Knowledge in statistical data analysis, good at excel, preferred with JMP. 较好的数据统计分析能力，熟练使用excel, 会使用 JMP者优先。 Positive & reliable personality, with good communication skill 乐观积极，踏实可靠，乐于沟通 Self-driven to produce response in a timely manner 有较强的内驱力，反应迅速
