Description • Provide technical leadership at certain process steps. When delegated, coordinate and arrange the daily work for a team of engineers align with business need. Coach/train/mentor engineers to develop engineer’s capability and mindset . Motivate test engineering team to excellence in both productivity and quality • Interfaces and works directly with other engineering groups in team and provide leadership to improve yield and %SCOP performance. • Lead the team to use FMEA/CP/DOE/Six Sigma etc as the continuous improvement tools to improve process capability towards zero defects. • Test board and test program develop and improvement. Manage and sustain test program include test program housekeep, audit and validate the test program, test time reduction • Lead the team to improve process quality, address the customer complaints and prevent the recurrence, address top process PPM defects by robust process setup. • Excellent communicator and actively drive US ,Korean wafer Fab and product line to improve wafer yield and quality in project manner • Other responsibility to be assigned based on the business need. Qualifications • 1. 2+ years’ product or test engineering experience of semiconductor device such as power discrete (BJT, MOSFET, IGBT, Diode), multi-chip functional power module, analog switch, PWM, power conversion IC, etc. • 2. Familiar with C/C++ language programming. • 3. Good English communication skills including verbal and written • 4. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different department and location. • 5. Proactive, self-motivated, result/goal oriented and be willing to face pressure and challenge. • 6. Bachelor degree or equivalent in EE, Micro-electronics, Automatic Control or relative specialty.
