DevOps

Along with the Agile transformation of China IT, BBA IT is responsible to build up the DevOps Platform for providing the pre-defined automatic and open-box-use DevOps tools/services and end to end AWM processes to support the whole lifecycle and activities of software delivery for all IT products/projects/applications in China IT. In the same target as the DevOps platform, the API platform is also in the scope of the team to support the DevOps cases for APIs and Micro services type software delivery for sharing the services in the China IT region. As the sub-product owner or application/service owner of DevOps platform, this role is responsible to certain services or applications in the DevOps platform or API platform(e.g. Agile Planning, CI/CD, DevSecOps, Auto testing, API management, etc.). Leading and cooperating with the internal and external resource to design the new features of those services or applications. Ensure those services and applications running stable. Support the end user or product team of the DevOps platform to implement or customize the DevOps process in and ensure the Agile delivery in DevOps platform successfully delivered to each product teams of China IT. Responsible for the training or consulting the DevOps services or API platform service to other teams or individual who have the requirements or needs of the DevOps platform. In this context a close cooperation with the all dept. in BBA IT/Lingyue/China IT and related business Dept. is strictly mandatory. - All BBA IT departments or external suppliers who has involve in the system development and delivery. - All China IT departments who has the requirements to the DevOps platform. - All China IT departments who has the requirements to the API platform. - All users/customers who has the requirements to the DevOps platform. - All users/customers who has the requirements to the DevOps platform. - Related teams in BMW AG who has the same scope of the DevOps platform.
