自己录的视频面试，题目和去年都是一样的，6道题，包括leadership experience等等。怡和貌似今年是没有筛选，几乎所有人都通过了简历关和笔试关。录了面试之后一起筛。

我是在提交申请之后，具体时间不记得过了多久邮件通知面试的。 面试总共分为三轮，第一轮面试是case study+financial analysis+interview （behavioural）； 第二轮面试是consulting case interview。topic提前给你，但是需要做出PPT并在面试当天展示和接受Q&A； 最后一轮也是终面，由在法国的部门VP来进行的skype电面，也就是常规的为什么加入之类的。

先笔试，笔试是全英文写作，限时15分钟，两个小题目，笔试合格后hr一面，一面回答一些基础性问题及以往的工作情况，一面合格后业务经理二面，会当场英语口语交流，对口语有一定的要求。
