To design and develop the opto-mechanical sub-system for the scanning engines - Design scope includes but not limited in imaging lens, LED illumination, laser/LED aiming and related mechanical parts and structures - Cooperate with cross function to deliver the NPI projects from concept to mass production - Provide technical support for the customer facing & manufacturing issues as needed - Be responsible for value engineering and cost engineering
