上海恺杰汽车塑料零部件有限公司为中美合资企业，于2005 年8月1日正式挂牌成立。投资双方为美国Key Plastics公司与上海杰华汽车饰件发展中心，后者是延锋伟世通集团全资子公司，注册资金为7000万人民币。现有从业人员近350人，主要生产汽车零部件注塑/气辅注塑、涂装等产品。2007年完成销售额1.8亿，实现纯利润1600多万。公司现有国内客户为上海大众、上海通用、北汽控股、东风集团、延锋伟世通、延锋江森、延锋百利得等，国际客户有Nissan、SIEMENS、Visteon 等欧美大型跨国集团。公司新建成的办公和主生产地坐落在上海浦东康桥工业区内，占地2万平方米左右，2006年投资2000多万引进了两条全自动的涂装生产线，2007年投资 1000多万元引进5台注塑机和全自动封闭加料系统。2008年我们还将投资3000万引进第三条涂装生产线，以生产出口产品为主，届时我们将用一个崭新的面貌迎接新的挑战。 Shanghai Key Automotive Plastic Component Co.，Ltd.is a joint venture established by and between Key Plastics， LLC and Shanghai Jiehua Automotive Trim Development Center， with a shareholding of 50.1% and 49.9%.
